In the stipulated service conditions and period, user shall strictly follow the Operational Manual for use. Besides, our after-sales team will provide the repair or replacement for free if the damaged or faulty parts arise from other reasons than the users or third party, so as to make sure vehicle runs normally.
Ⅰ.Guarantee principles
◆ For the complete vehicle, the warranty period is one years or 100,000km (whichever comes firstly) dating from the purchase date; for the key components (energy storage device such as power cell, drive motor, motor controller), the warranty period is three years or 200,000km dating from the purchase date (whichever comes first).
◆ For our vehicles, the quality warranty period dates from the purchase invoice being issued by salesman.
◆ Use and maintenance of your vehicle shall follow the maintenance manual and operational illustration.
◆ The responsible party shall be responsible for the vehicle faults due to improper maintenance.
◆ Quality defects or damage arising from the product design, manufacturing, assembly and raw material defects.
◆ As for replacement or repair of any part during warranty, period, the running mileage and time are accumulated to be calculated and expire at the end of quality warranty period of complete vehicle.
◆ The old parts shall belong to our company. Users shall keep the original state of faulty part and state the truth.
Ⅱ.Our company does not assume the “Three-Guarantee” responsibilities in case of any one of following circumstances:
◆ Periodic inspection, maintenance and adjustment don’t follow the Operational Illustration and Maintenance Manual.
◆ Vehicle or components are damaged due to severe overloading or improper operation;
◆ Without permission, user alters the original state of vehicle by retrofitting, adjusting or dismounting.
◆ Faults are resulted from the improper maintenance or storage by user without permission.
◆ External factors result in the non-quality defect such as impact, burn, scratch or peeling off.
◆ The failures or the potential ones fail to be solved, but continuously to get severe, even damaging to the associated parts.
◆ Any damage caused by force majeure factors such as fire, flood, dust, landslide and war.
◆ In normal use, the electroplated parts, paint films, rubber covers and soft interiors are changed or rusted.
◆ The feeling or phenomenon occurs only under special circumstances, which are not caused by material or manufacturing defects.
◆ Low noise or vibration that does not affect the vehicle quality or functions.
◆ Very slight leakage at the sealing gaskets or oil seals which does not affect the product quality.
◆ There is no valid invoice and “Three-Guarantee” certificate.
◆ Product quality problems occur after the warranty period expires.
◆ The following is out of warranty and guarantee: loss of time and incoming, as well as the related fuel fee, telephone cost, room and board expenses, travel expenses, toll fee and other commercial losses.
◆ Our company is not responsible for the related responsibilities for the damaged high-voltage parts (battery, motor, electric controller and lines) due to failure to follow vehicle driving rules by forcefully wading.
◆ If the vehicle gets in a traffic accident or catch a fire, the accident or fire is handled by user, while the responsibility confirmation by traffic management department is not carried out (as for fire, it is needed for fire fighting department to issue the report), the insurance company is not notified in 24h or the nearby service station is not notified in 24h for the quality problem.
◆ External factors result in the non-quality defect such as impact, burn, scratch or peeling off.
◆ Damaged in traffic accident, the battery pack is dismounted by other unit or persons without permission.
III. Quality Warranty Period
Contents shown below help you to correctly understand the vehicle quality warranty period and not to miss it:
◆ Determine the corresponding vehicle quality warranty period according to your vehicle model.
◆ Quality warranty period refers to the running mileage and time, whichever comes first.
◆ Running mileage refers to the one accumulated from the ex-factory; running time refers to the one calculated from the purchase date.
◆ The odometer reading is greatly low in comparison with the actual running time. Namely, the traveling mileage is calculated as per 100km/day dating from the purchase day.
◆ The warranty period does not change with vehicle owners or vehicle stopping factors.
◆ As for the new parts replaced during the warranty period, their quality warranty period is calculated as per the running mileage and time, and expires at the end of vehicle warranty period.
◆ Glass: during the warranty period, discolored, optical distorted, bubbled or laminated due to material or manufacturing procedures, the glass can be repaired.
◆ Motor noise shall be subject to the national standard. If it is out of standard, motor supplier shall find out the root causes and perform the “Three-Guarantee”.
◆ If the motor, motor controller and battery fail during the warranty period, replace the corresponding assembly; faulty parts after the warranty period shall be repaired or replaced by the supplier at the proper price.
IV. Warranty period of component quality
◆ Users can enjoy the quality guarantee as long as both the running time and mileage are in the specified ranges dating from the purchase date. If anyone exceeds the range, it is deemed as the “Three-Guarantee” period becomes invalid.
◆ The damaged part shall be repaired firstly and then replaced.
◆ Various oil, fuel and other fluid are out of warranty range.
